First step to choosing you
Support can start with a conversation. You don't have to carry this alone.
Is therapy right for me?
You might be wondering whether what you're going through is "enough" to come to therapy.
The truth is, you don't have to wait until everything feels like it's falling apart before asking for support. If life's feeling a bit harder lately, or things just haven't felt quite right for a while, therapy can give you the space to slow down, understand what's going on and begin to move forward.
You don't need to have all the answers before you start. Therapy isn't about me telling you what to do. It's about working together to help you understand yourself, make sense of what you're experiencing and find a way forward that feels right for you.
If you've been thinking about reaching out, a complimentary 15 minute chat is a good place to start.

The first few sessions are about getting to know you and what has brought you to therapy. There is no pressure to know exactly what you want to talk about or to share everything straight away. Sessions are confidential and offer a safe space to begin wherever you are and take things at a pace that feels comfortable.

Everyone is welcome. I work with adults aged 18 and over from all walks of life, offering individual therapy. I may not be the right fit for everyone, and that is okay. If I feel another type of support might suit you better, I will do my best to talk this through with you.
