What to expect from your first session?
You and me and a cup of tea. Don't worry coffee lovers, we have both.
It can be normal to have nerves for your first counselling session. Although we will have talked briefly on the introduction call, we are still strangers. The first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other. All questions are welcomed and encouraged. . It's essential that you feel comfortable and if you feel I am not the right therapist for you after our session, that's okay.
Is it ‘big’ enough to take to counselling?
